Clinging to the last remnants of his love for life, the protagonist transmits his consciousness into a game world on the verge of death, becoming a level 1 NPC—the lowest of the low, a background character with no power, no skills, and no future. But his second chance at existence is short-lived. A catastrophic BUG sweeps through the game's internal systems, corrupting everything in its path. NPCs around him begin to vanish one by one, their data erased, their existence deleted as if they never mattered. Witnessing the extinction of his new companions, and holding the last lifeline of his own existence, the protagonist decides to fight back. Together with the game's warriors, he embarks on a desperate mission to save the world that gave him a second life—proving that even a level 1 NPC can become a hero.
